How Many Compensation Practitioners?
How many compensation analysts does it take to effectively support an Organization’s compensation practices? The safest (and generally correct) answer is “it all depends.” but we would like to better understand what impacts the size of a compensation team. This brief survey attempts to collect data around answering that specific question and provide better answers.
