Established in 1991, Total Rewards KC, formerly known as the Kansas City Compensation and Benefits Association (KCCBA), was formed when a group of compensation and benefits professionals were looking for an alternative to the local human resources associations available at the time. Their goal was to facilitate knowledge sharing and networking among seasoned compensation and benefits professionals.
