The SBA is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join the Human Resources team! The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, development, implementation and administration of base and variable compensation programs, in order to be responsive to the organization’s goals and competitive pay practices. The position is also responsible for assuring that compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with SBA policies and government regulations.
