How Important is the Market Data, Really?
This is one of my favorite topics and I’m excited to host this event. In my early years of compensation management, I always viewed salary surveys as indisputable fact about what a job is worth in the market.
As I matured and developed in compensation and better understood the complexities of what it means to be competitive I developed a better sense of how and when to use the market data, and how heavily to rely on it.
In this event, we’ll dig into the various lessons learned through years of managing compensation programs. At the end, you’ll have a better understanding of how to make sense of it, where the data excels and where the data’s limitations may lie.
